NanoLab developed a number of coating processes for the production of very high absorbance optical blacks for stray light suppression.

NanoLab offers two products to meet the needs of optical engineers:
Singularity Black and adVANTA Black.

Nanolab

Aligned carbon nanotubes (10 microns long) on Chromium lines (~10 micron wide) at site density about 5x10⁶/cm².
The whole structure was fabricated on a glass substrate.

as 20 microns on polished stainless steel sheet.


PECVD-MWCNT Suspensions

PECVD (plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition) multiwall carbon nanotube suspensions are prepared by suspending the vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (harvested from Si substrates) into a variety of solvent
